Personal information provided in this profile is collected by the Government of British Columbia, under section 26(c) and (e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It will be used to process, adjudicate, and distribute grants by jurors and government staff on behalf of the BC Arts Council. It will also be used for British Columbia Arts Council program evaluation, program development and outreach related to provincial arts and culture funding. Welcome to the BC Arts Council’s Online Grant Management System

The BC Arts Council (BCAC) was created in 1995 as an agency of the Province of British Columbia under the Arts Council Act. The BCAC nurtures and supports arts and culture activity in communities across British Columbia. From community arts in rural and urban centres, to individual artists, professional performing arts companies, Indigenous artists and culture organizations, art galleries, local museums and music festivals – BCAC supports a range of activities while engaging with artists and communities to inform policies and programs.

System updates are regularly scheduled for Thursday evenings 7-7:10pm Pacific time. There may be a brief period of service unavailability which could log you out of the system and any work entered and not saved could be lost. Please save often. Users will be prompted to update their password once every 365 days.

PLEASE NOTE:
New applicants must register and create a profile in this online system to access BC Arts Council grant applications. As described in program guidelines, we recommend registering and creating a profile at least two weeks before the application closing date. Registration requests received within five business days of a grant deadline will not be processed until after the application deadline has passed.

Project Assistance: Community Arts Festivals: Processing of registration requests will pause five business days before (Feb 10, 11:59 pm) the grant closing date (Feb 18, 11:59 pm) . If you register during this time, you will not be able to apply for this grant intake.
